Advance Booking and Payment:

Full payment is required to confirm a safari booking. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive an official booking voucher, which may take up to 24 hours post-payment. Simply making a payment does not guarantee confirmation until the voucher is received.

ID Proof Requirement:

All visitors must provide valid government-issued ID proof during the online booking process. On the day of the safari, original ID proofs must be presented at the park entrance. Failure to provide matching original IDs will result in denial of entry, and no refunds will be issued.

Non-Transferable Bookings:

Safari bookings are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person. The individual who made the booking must be present at the time of entry with the ID used during the booking process.

Foreign Tourists Passport Requirement:

Passport details are mandatory for all foreign nationals when making a reservation. Foreigners must carry their original passports to the safari and present them at the entry gate.

Permit Allocation on First-Come, First-Serve Basis:

Safari permits are limited and issued on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Route Allocation:

Safari routes are predetermined by park authorities and are allocated on a rotation basis at the time of your safari. Visitors cannot request specific routes, and no route changes will be entertained.

Provisional Bookings in Monsoon Season (1st June – 14th November):

All safari bookings made during the monsoon season (1st June to 14th November) are considered provisional. Due to weather conditions, your booking may be canceled at short notice without prior information. No refund claims will be entertained for cancellations due to poor weather conditions.

Amateur Photography Fees:

Visitors carrying cameras for amateur photography must pay additional fees at the Sinh Sadan Reception Centre in Sasan-Gir—₹200 for Indian nationals and ₹1600 for foreign tourists.

Pricing Adjustments:

In case of any changes in government fees, taxes, or safari rates after your booking is confirmed, you will be required to pay the difference before the safari. You will be informed of such changes in advance via email or phone.

Safari Permits:

Safari permits are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or modified. Once your permit is confirmed, any changes or amendments will be considered a new booking, and the previous permit will be void.

Safari Timing and Late Arrivals:

Visitors must reach the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals after the scheduled departure time will result in the cancellation of your permit, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

If the safari is canceled by the park authorities due to unforeseen reasons like government orders, no refunds will be issued. The booking will remain void.
